Penny is always found on tabloid "best dressed" but never, of course, in fur. Which has made her the ideal poster-girl for PETA.
And she wants fellow celebrities to follow suit, which is why she has asked that fashionistas say no to fur:
"Give fur the cold shoulder".
Unlike previous PETA girls, such as Kelly Brook and Olivia Munn, Penelope doesn't show off too much to camera. And yet, despite the lack of skin on show, we're still treated to something ultra sultry, coquettish and, above all, sexy.
