Pregnant reality TV star Chantelle Houghton is stressed and upset by reports forecasting a split from fiance Alex Reid, sources suggest.
A friend of the Celebrity Big Brother winner and Ultimate Big Brother runner-up tells new magazine this week that her wedding to Katie Price's ex-husband is still on.
"She is very upset by all the rumours and doesn't need the stress right now," they said. "Like any normal couple, they have the odd spat, but the wedding is far from off."
The pal added: "She is anxious enough that everything is going to be OK with the baby, so suggestions that she and Alex are having problems have really got to her."
Chantelle had previously taken to Twitter to deny speculation that not wearing her wedding ring meant doom for the couple, saying: "I don't wear my engagement ring everyday it cost so much money, I get scared of being mugged.
"Maybe I should get engaged tattooed on my head? (sic)"
Reid was said to be furious with Joey Essex after the TOWIE star insulted his bride-to-be.
