Miley Cyrus broke a bone doing a front flip onto her sofa, the actress has revealed.
She took to Twitter to joke about the domestic injury, adding that in the past she sustained similar damage by tripping over a pillow.
She wrote: "cracked my tail bone doing a front flip... on to the couch. thats like when i tripped over a pillow and broke my arm. #onlyme"
The star was in a much more serious mood later on, as she returned to the micro-blogging site to speak out about Californian teenager Eric James Borges, who committed suicide after his parents rejected him for being gay.
Miley declared "we have to put a stop to all the hate people. there is no reason people should die from lack of love".
The former Hannah Montana star has recently been spotted out and about with a new, shorter haircut.
