The 27 year-old actress stepped out with her new beau for a walk this weekend and seemed smitten with her tall companion.The pair looked close as they walked hand in hand along the streets of New York.
Scarlett's shy lover, who has yet to be named, covered up in sunglasses and a baseball hat and at one point went to so far as to put his hood up to shield his face.
It had been reported that 'Avengers' star was looking to move away from New York to avoid her ex-husband and his new girlfriend Blake Lively.
A source told The Daily Mail: “She was always a little uncomfortable about the fact that Ryan and Blake worked together while she was still married to him.
“When Scarlett is in New York she keeps a low profile. She wants to give the whole party scene a miss.”
Clearly though, with a new man on her arm the actress has had a change of heart.
There is speculation that Scarlett's new love interest maybe British as a friend recently revealed that she is considering a permanent move to London.
They told The Daily Mail: “She adores British men and would love a place and a man in London.”
The actress had been linked to British rocker Dan White lead singer of 'The Tribes'.
