E!Online reports that Demi is getting spiritual guidance, while others suggest that she's headed to The Cirque Lodge in Utah, to get over her "recent stresses".
Demi has not been back home since leaving the hospital, where her daughter Rumer was pictured outside looking really stressed on the phone.
