Peter Andre has revealed ex-wife Katie Price wanted him back but he “won’t ever go there.”
The 'Mysterious Girl' singer told Heat magazine he rejected the mother of his three children when she asked him back into his life last year following their 2009 divorce.
"She may want me back, she did 100% ask me to get back with her romantically. She wanted us to spend Christmas and New Year together but I won't ever go there.
"I won't ever go back. Hopefully that will stop the speculation now. So much has gone on; this is why I'm so cross."
In fact Andre went as far to say that he could not even be friends with the busty star who he met on reality TV show I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! in 2004 and married the following year.
"I was so happy we were talking and putting the kids first. But sadly it only lasted about a month,” he said. "I can't be friends with her. It's sad that three years on, the bitterness is still there. It's a sad situation that doesn't seem to get better."
However he said he would always love his ex-wife as she is the mother of his children - Harvey, nine, Junior Savva Andreas, six, and four-year-old Princess Tiaamii.
"As the mother of my children, I always will, but I never go back. I left because of her actions, not mine,” he said.
Andre’s comments follow reports that he was reuniting with Price, 33, which were denied earlier this month by her representatives, Black Sheep Management.
The 38-year-old singer is due to speak to the Oxford Union today where Price talked to the Cambridge Union.
