Chris Brown is not only rumoured to be appearing at this year's Grammy Awards for the first time since he assulted then girlfriend Rihanna three years ago after a Pre-Grammy party, but also perform.
The rapper has not been invited to the previous award shows since the incident three years ago but it seems he has been given another chance by the organiser. It could be an interesting night for the former couple, as Rihanna is also set to take to the stage to perform with Coldplay.
With performances and nominations emotions will be running high, without the possibility of an awkward red carpet run-in.
According to E! News the details of the plan are still being worked out and the details are being kept secret. Other acts set to perform include Kelly Clarkson, Foo Fighter, Bruno Mars and Nicki Minaj.
Hollywood was in shock when a shocking photo of a battered and bruised Rihanna was leaked following the assault and Chris has fought hard to regain his place at the top of the music scene.
A restraining order keeping Chris away from his former lover ended last February and since then relations between the pair seemed to have heated up.
Rumours of a reconciliation went into over drive after they were spotted partying at the same nightclub in Los Angeles though reports insist that they were there separately.
