Rihanna has reportedly spent £100,000 on a Marilyn Monroe portrait made out of 65,000 Swarovski crystals.
The 'You Da One' singer commissioned British artist Claire Milner to make the picture of the Hollywood icon.
The 13-stone piece was made with 100 per cent Swarovski crystals and stands at five square foot after Rihanna was believed to "identify" with the 'Gentlemen Prefer Blondes' portrait. Milner's artwork took four months to complete and it is constantly changing colour.
"I tried to show the glitter of the public life and then the sadness in Marilyn's eyes," Milner told The Sun.
"Because of who Rihanna is, everything had to be done through her interior decorators, but they told me afterwards she loved it."
Last week Rihanna threatened to have a tear drop tattoed on her face after the uproar she caused with her latest 'Thug Life' inking.
