Clearly Gary Barlow isn’t one for holding grudges as he has taken to twitter to back his former X Factor contestant Frankie Cocozza to win tonight’s Celebrity Big Brother.

The 'Take That' star defended the 19 year old’s bad behaviour whilst on the show but could not save the singer from being ejected from the competition after he broke the ‘golden rule’ on drug taking.

The 40 year-old tweeted: “Come on FrankieCocozza I hope you win mate.”

The hard partying teen may not even need the support of his old mentor as according to The Daily Mail as he is favourite to take the Celebrity Big Brother crown tonight ahead of Welsh rugby player Gareth Thomas.

The Shannon twins are favourite to get the boot first which is sure to annoy the blonde playboy stars who have made it clear they are in it to win.
