John Travolta's stolen vintage 1970 Mercedes has been found in bits after it was stolen last year.
The 'Grease' actor filed a report after it was stole in September within 10 minutes of him visiting a Jaguar dealership in Santa Monica, but now parts of the car have been found.
According to Contactmusic, Sgt Richard Lewis said, who is in charge of the investigation said: "It was not recovered in whole. It was chopped. We have numerous pieces recovered but not the entire car."
Since the crime, two men have been arrested with DL Rayford Jr. pleading no contest to grand theft auto earlier this month while his alleged accomplice, Michael T. Green has pleaded not guilty to the two counts.
Rayford has to serve 16 months in jail and has to pay back Travolta $50,000 in restitution, while Green has been remanded in prison without bail.
Last year, Travolta described the theft and compared it to 'Gone In 60 Seconds'.
"I was looking for Jaguars, and it was a beautiful, spotless dealership and I left it parked on the side," he said.
"And eight to 10 minutes later, my car was gone. And it's like that movie, 'Gone in 60 Seconds', like, who can explain it?"
He also quipped: "But at least it wasn't a jet, though that might be easier to find."
