According to MediaTakeOut.com the TV mogul is a close personal friend to the A-list couple and has been chosen to guide their daughter Blue Ivy as a godparent.
An insider close to the couple also named Jay-Z’s best-friend Tyran ‘Ty Ty’ Smith as god father. Blue Ivy will surely need some advice from Oprah as she grows up in the spotlight.
If being the child of superstars Beyonce and Jay-Z was not enough, baby Blue has already broken chart records after featuring on Jay-Z’s track ‘glory’ when she was less than a week old.
Her birth also caused a stampeed on twitter with fans desperate for news of the baby.
Despite all the interest that surrounds Blue Ivy, neither she or mother Beyonce have been seen since her birth at the start of January.
