Finally some good news for Russell Brand! The British comedian has landed a lead role in the new movie 'Hauntrepreneur'.
The 'Rock Of Ages' actor has signed on the dotted line the new supernatural movie that is being produced by Michael Bay's Platinum Dunes team for Paramount.
Russell will play the role of a Hauntrepreneur, someone who is brought in by a family who have moved to a new town to bring in strange characters and beings in order to help them bond.
Scott Rosenberg has written the script for the new flick, which he will film after he starts work on the Untitled Diable Cody film for Mandate.
At the minute 'Hauntrepreneur' is still in need of a director and his cast members have yet to be named.
But looking on the bright side, he will next be seen in 'Rock Of Ages' which also stars Tom Cruise, Julianne Hough and Catherine Zeta-Jones and that's been slated for release later this year.
