Brad Pitt reckons that he'll finally be able to get a ring on Angelina Jolie's finger soon because of the pressure from their six children.
The Moneyball actor, who has been nominated for an Oscar at this year's ceremony, made a pact with Angelina that they wouldn't get married until gay marriage was legalised but he doesn't think they'll be able to avoid it for much longer.
Brad and Ange have six children together, and according to the actor marriage "means so much" to them.
Talking to the Hollywood Reporter, Brad said: "We'd actually like to [get married] and it seems to mean more and more to our kids. We made this declaration some time ago that we weren't going to do it till everyone can. But I don't think we'll be able to hold out."
"It means so much to my kids, and they ask a lot," he explained. "And it means something to me, too, to make that kind of commitment. I'm not going to go any further. But to be in love with someone and be raising a family with someone and want to make that commitment and not be able to is ludicrous, just ludicrous."
But Brad seemed to dismiss the reports that Angelina was pregnant with their seventh child, as he said that the are open to having more children but probably through adoption.
"We haven't closed the book on it. There's a really nice balance in the house right now, but if we see the need and get that lightning bolt that says, 'We can help this person; we could do something here,' then absolutely," he said.
