Celebrity Big Brother evictee Romeo Dunn has let slip that he thought Michael Madsen "instigated" the huge row between Denise Welch, Nicola McLean and Karissa and Kristina Shannon.
Speaking to host Brian Dowling following his eviction, he explained his own behaviour in the wake of the almighty bust-up seen in Monday night's episode.
He said: "I didn't want to get involved personally. There was a lot of tension between the girls and stuff and I wanted to break it up, but it was difficult.
When asked why none of the male housemates were forthcoming, he said: "Everyone wanted to step into it. When women argue, it's not a man's position to step into it. I spoke to everyone one by one and tried to piece the puzzle together."
Quizzed on his peace-making skills the next morning, he continued: "No-one else would, everyone was saying 'let's stay out of it'.
"Frankie wanted to go at the twins and Gareth wanted to stay out full stop. Michael, deep down, was instigating it."
