Daniel Radcliffe has revealed that he intends to keep working, despite the fact that he feels critics are willing him to fail...
In a candid interview with The Sun, the Harry Potter star has revealed his hopes and fears for the future. And he's come across just a teeny bit paranoid in the process:
"There will be some people - not everyone - who will want to dismiss us as ‘came out of the series and didn’t do anything afterwards’. That’s the story some people want to write. And I have to make extra sure they have absolutely no opportunity to do that."
Paranoid or not, this belief has definitely kept Danny working hard at his film career. He's got the lead role in the hugely-anticipated 'Woman In Black', due out later this year, and he's just signed up to play poet Allen Ginsberg in 'Kill Your Darlings'.
Lots of Danny, coming at us in all directions. We can't wait!
And what is the main reason behind his determination to succeed? Love, in all of its forms; he loves being on a film set, he loves working and he loves girlfriend Rosie Coker, who wants nothing more than for Daniel to keep at his craft.
"She’s like the nice half of my brain - the part of my brain that doesn’t dislike me - that’s her. She encourages me..."
Keep up the good work Radcliffe, we're not ready to see you disappear from the silver screen just yet!
