ITV have unveiled promotional shots for the new season of The Only Way Is Essex.

The fourth run of the reality TV hit begins this Sunday, January 29, without former regulars Kirk Norcross, Mark Wright, Maria Fowler and Harry Derbidge.

Drafted in to fill the gaps are Joey Essex's best mate Diags, so-called because of his diagonal smile, and self-confessed "alpha female" Georgina Dorsett.Billi Mucklow and Cara Kilbey, who were guest stars in Season 3, have been bumped up to regulars.

As previously reported, lothario Ricky 'The Captain' Rayment is expected to become the new Wright.

Joey, Mark’s sister Jessica and grandma Nanny Pat, Lauren Goodger, Lauren Pope, Chloe Sims, sisters Sam and Billie Faiers, Gemma Collins and twins Dino and Georgio are all returning, as are power couples Lucy Mecklenburgh and Mario Falcone and James ‘Arg’ Argent and Lydia Bright.

Arg's Nanny Brighton will also make more appearances, after impressing on the Christmas special.
