Hollyoaks star Jorgie Porter tonight delivered yet another scintillating performance that dazzled the judges and their scorecards.
Skating to Dolly Parton’s classic ‘9 to 5’, it was hard to tell this was only Jorgie’s second performance on the ice.
Herself and partner Matt Evers were due to attempt a much feared ‘sit lift’ move, which she was particularly worried about before the show but little should she have panicked after the pair executed it brilliantly to round off yet another sparkling routine to the joy of the judges.
Judge Katrina Witt expressed her enchantment with the Hollyoaks star.
“You’re just a shining jewel out there, you’ve got the whole package,” she said.
Head judge Robin Cousins echoed his co-judge’s comments, praising her resourcefulness in a way in which she connects her emotion, acting & talent to create the perfect performance.
“There isn’t time to think about what’s coming next, you have to be right on the button and it worked very well,” he said.
Judge Louie Spence continued the praise. “It was fast, fun & fabulous!”
Jorgie is rightfully fast becoming the show’s favourite to triumph. Who will get in her way?
