With a thriller like 'Haywire', you'd expect that the cast suffered a few injuries on set but Ewan McGregor has confessed the only time that he hurt himself was when he accidentally punched his co-star Gina Carano.
The actor stars alongside the mixed martial arts champion in the new movie, where she is an assassin on the run. Ewan picked up one injury and even though he could've said it was from some seriously impressive stunt (we're thinking Tom Cruise-style), he actually revealed it was his fault - for punching a girl!
"The only time I got hurt was when I punched Gina Carano in the head by accident," McGregor told E! at the Golden Globes.
"I had a series of three punches, but the third one...for one reason or another I connected really hard on the side of her head," he said. "She was the one who got straight up and said, 'Are you OK?' She was asking me if I was OK! But she was right because I almost broke my friggin' hand!"
He also laughed, "She was absolutely fine."
Well, that's ok then - he might've been in for more pain had she not been!
