Prince William and Kate Middleton may be strapping on their running shoes soon to take part in the London Mile for Sports Relief.

The couple, who are big supporters of all charity events may take part in the race down the Mall in front of Buckingham Palace in March.

The Prince has taken part before but it will be the first time that his wife, the Duchess of Cambridge will be joining him.

According to Marie Claire a source for the event said: “We are in talks with the Prince’s representatives and understand he is eager to support the event, as he has done previously. We’re hopeful Kate will be able to do it too.”

We wonder what Kate, who recently turned 30,will be wearing for the event? Whatever it is it will surely become an instant style hit.

Fitness fanatic Pippa Middleton may also join the Royal Couple for the event. Ultra-competitive Pippa is known for her sporting talents and often takes part in long distance racing.

Do you think Kate will run it?
