Vanessa Hudgens and her ex-boyfriend Josh Hutcherson are currently on a promotional tour for their film Journey 2: The Mysterious Island. It must be weird enough for the pair, having to travel the world together, but things got even more awkward when an Australian anchorman asked the pair how long they’d been together. Eek!
The anchor cheekily asked the pair: "How long have you two been going out?"
The actors looked shocked for a moment, then turned to each other in a speechless manner, before Josh admitted: “We're not.”
He then joked: "We were at one point, but she broke my heart…no, I'm just kidding."
This was followed by nervous later from the anchor, Vanessa and Josh, which lead to him continuing: "That was a while ago, no, we're just really good friends now.”
The anchor quickly apologized, saying: "Sorry, I think someone in the studio here stitched me up with some incorrect information.”
His amused co-host added: "That was a bit awkward.”
