She was not at this year's Golden Globe ceremony but Kim Kardashian did hear what Ricky Gervais had to say about her 72 day marriage to Kris Humphries.
After last year's performance, which left many Hollywood heavy weights fuming the British comic was told to tone down his material. But clearly when it came to Kim he did not take their warning calling the brunette a trailer trash version of Kate Middleton.
According to TMZ the 31-year-old has told friends that she got the digs and "thought it was funny.”
It hasn’t been the easiest few months for the star, who filed from divorce in October but she is obviously starting to see the funnyside, as she admitted to friends that Ricky's taunts were 'hilarious'. The curvaceous star was certainly given a rough ride by The Office actor during the awards show, joking that Kim’s marriage was shorter than one of director James Cameron’s acceptance speeches.
Despite claiming to take it in good humour the failure of her marriage to the NBA star has rocked the Kardashian family’s popularity. Fans have accused the star of faking the romance and there has been a backlash against Kim who claimed to hope the marriage would last forever.
In more bad news for the star, friends close to Kris Humphries have recently revealed that Kim planned her boyfriend's proposal.
