Tattoos are so personal, that it almost seems unfair to comment on Sarah Harding's new ink but 'Don't Be Bitter - Glitter' is too bizarre not to show you.
The Girls Aloud singer has been dealing with a lot of drama of late, including her split with fiance Tom Crane, stint in rehab and a violent bust-up with now ex-boyfriend Theo De Vries.
But, Sarah has literally put it behind her - with a tattoo that reads 'Don't Be Bitter - Glitter'.
Is that even a real saying? It's hardly catchy is it?
Sarah's new artwork has divided opinions with some believing that it's a positive message for the star, while other's seem to suggest that she's lost it
One user wrote: "Sarah Harding’s ‘Don’t be bitter – glitter!’ tattoo has basically confirmed my worst suspicions about her failings as a person."
Another added: "Horrendous new tattoo there, Sarah Harding. What were you thinking?"
