Hollywood was devastated at the sad death of Brittany Murphy in December 2009. But now, two years on the story is still not over as her father is fighting to prove that his daughter’s death was not of natural causes.
The ‘Clueless’ actress’ father Angelo Bertolotti is now suing the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office over access to his daughter’s body because he disagrees with the official verdict.
According to Radar online, Bertolotti wants to take hair samples, facial hair and other specimens for his own private testing to finally find out why the 32 year-old died so suddenly but has been blocked by authorities.
The 'Clueless' actress was found unconscious at the home she shared with her husband in Los Angeles. Brittany was rushed to hospital but later died.
In a strange twist Brittany’s husband Simon Monjack died from the same causes as his wife, pnemonia and anemia five months after the actress’ death.
