Ahead of the Golden Globes this weekend, controversial host Ricky Gervais has been pictured outside a plastic surgeon's office.
What is he having done we wonder? A little facelift? Rhinoplasty?
Well, nothing because the comedian, who will be presenting the prestigious awards show for the third time, is only pulling our leg and a face by the looks of the picture he posted on his Twitter account.
Posing with a wad full of cash, the caption to Ricky's picture reads: "Some last minute preparation so I don't look out of place at The Golden Globes..."
Ricky's appointment as host of has come as a surprise to many following the controversial comments he made about many of Hollywood's glitterati at last year's Golden Globes.
