Mariah Carey has revealed that her husband Nick Cannon "is getting better" as he returns home after undergoing kidney surgery.
The 'Hero' singer, who tweeted a picture of her husband in the hospital in Aspen after he was struck down with mild kidney failure last week, has tweeted her fans to let them know he's on the mend.
A spokesperson for the couple confirmed that the America's Got Talent star has returned home after checking out of the hospital. Nick is "resting and recovering at home", said the spokesperson.
Mariah also tweeted to thank their fans: "Up w/NC watching@BishopJakes -a true inspiration as always. Nick is getting better+we love+appreciate all the ongoing kind words!"
Nick is allegedly returning to his live morning radio show 'Rollin' With Nick Cannon' next week (January 17).
On Friday, Cannon tweeted: "Just left the operating table and I was awake during the whole procedure. # OUCH"
His wife also added: "Nick is in stable condition with a good prognosis, hopefully he'll be discharged within 2 days. As always he's laughing and in good spirits."
While Nick has been recovering, he still has tweeted his congratulations to new parents Beyonce and Jay-Z.
"Congratulations To Jay-Z And Beyonce On Their Baby Girl!", he tweeted on Sunday.
