Mutya Buena has clarified her tweets last week that suggested she has reunited with former Sugababes bandmates Keisha Buchanan and Siobhan Doherty.
None of the three founding members of the trio are in the current line-up, which comprises Jade Ewen, Amelle Berrabah and longest-serving member Heidi Range, who has now been in the group for ten years.
Both Buena and Buchanan wrote on Twitter last week that they were in the studio with Professor Green and two other females.
She has now said: "No track [with] keisha or professor G he was around tha studio. im jus workin on my stuff @ tha moment. (sic)"
A spokesperson for Buchanan cryptically told Digital Spy: "Keisha has been working on a number of exciting projects both old and new."
Doherty left the band after their first album flopped and the group were dropped from their record deal, claiming it was "bullying" from Buchanan that drove her to leave. Buchanan was then axed from the group in 2009 when Berrabah and Range threatened to walk out over her behaviour.
Buena quit when she gave birth to her first child in 2005.
The fourth incarnation of the band is thought to be without a record deal, after their comeback single 'Freedom' was ignored by all major radio stations.
Some Sugababes line-up or other... we've lost track...
