Nick Cannon will be released from hospital in two days his wife Mariah Carey has tweeted after being treated for mild kidney failure.
To the relief of his friends and family, especially Mariah who has kept a bedside vigil since he was rushed to hospital on Wednesday the America’s Got Talent presenter is in a stable condition and should be released soon.
According to the singer’s twitter page, Nick is back to his old self and is desperate to get back to work. Mariah tweeted: “'Nick is in stable condition with a good prognosis, hopefully he'll be discharged within 2 days. As always he's laughing and in good spirits.”
The couple were on a skiing break in Aspen, Colorado with their twins Monroe and Morrocan when Nick fell ill. 41 year-old Mariah has kept fans up-to date through twitter and even posted pictures of Nick in his hospital bed.
Nick's friends have also been sending their support and have spoken at their surprise that the presenter, who lives a healthy and active life with his family has health problems.
