Whilst Jennifer Lopez went public with her romance with Casper Smart quite quickly after the breakdown of her marriage, her ex husband Marc Anthony decided to take his time and has only just unveiled who the new love of his life is.
The singer, who split from J.Lo in July after seven years, posted a picture of himself embracing and kissing Venezuelan model Shannon De Lima, on his facebook page, with the caption: "Gracias!".
However, Marc's obvious adoration for his new girlfriend didn't stop at Facebook, because he also tweeted her in Spainish saying: "A mi @Shadelima mi estatua de libertad. Besos bebe", which is thought to translate into: "To Shannon, my statue of liberty. Kisses baby!"
And it appears that Marc's new romance has been given the seal of approval from his friends and family after his adopted son tweeted:
"'To all my followers and everybody on twitter follow 2012 best couple and for many more years to come @MarcAnthony and @Shadelima !!!!!
"Life is beautiful nothing like being surrounded by the people you love @MarcAnthony @Shadelima !!!!!! #family"
Despite their split, Marc and Jennifer will be seen working together on their talent show, Q'Viva: The Chosen.
