Paul Rudd is reportedly attached to a new comedy about being frozen after death.
The actor is believed to be signed up for the lead role in 'Freezing People Is Easy', based on the true story of Bob Nelson, a 1960s television repair man in Los Angeles who tried his hand at cyrogenics by attempting to freeze humans.
Deadline reports that 'Bridesmaids' legend Kristen Wiig, 'Midnight In Paris' star Owen Wilson and veteran thesp Christopher Walkern are also being circled by producers, though it is thought that Wiig is the one who may not end up confirming an appearance due to an onslaught of offers in the aftermath of her 2011 comedy hit.
The script has been written by Zach Helm, and Errol Morris is confirmed to direct.
Producers are apparently keen to start shooting in the middle of this year.
Rudd and Wiig worked together on 'Bridesmaids', but the actor was cut from the final edit, a decision Wiig admitted was "painful" to make.
