Matthew McConaughey is set to marry his long term partner Camila Alves in her home country of Brazil.
After four years and two children together, the 'How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days' realises that Camila does miss Brazil, so the couple are planning a big wedding - Brazilian style.
A source told Life & Style magazine: “Camila wants to get married in Brazil with her family all around. She misses the food and the people there, so she’s planning a big, beautiful Brazilian wedding.”
Matthew and Camila began dating in 2007, and Camila has been keen to get married and her dreams came true when the actor proposed on Christmas Day.
“She’s been asking Mateo to put a ring on it forever,” the friend revealed. “She’s so happy. It’s like a dream!”
The 42-year-old tweeted the news on Christmas Day, as he wrote: “Just asked Camila to marry me, merry Christmas."
The couple have two children together, three-year-old Levi and 23-month-old Vida.
