Bradley Cooper is reportedly being lined up to play Superman's nemesis Lex Luthor in new film 'Man Of Steel'.
He is set to make a cameo in the movie, playing the role originally thought to be in the hands of Adam Harris, according to Ace Showbiz.
The part has previously been played by Gene Hackman in 1978's 'Superman' and Kevin Spacey in 2006's 'Superman Returns', meaning Bradley will be the youngest actor to play the villain on film if the reports are true.
The main antagonist in the film however will be General Zod, played by Michael Shannon. Henry Cavill will play Superman himself, with Amy Adams as Lois Lane. Russell Crowe, Kevin Costner and Diane Lane are also on the cast list.
'Man Of Steel' is slated for release on June 14, 2013, in the US.
