Kelly Brook has admitted that she enjoys a balanced diet and a less is more approach to exercise.
The model, who strips off again for Glamour magazine this month, told Women's Fitness that she only intensifies her exercise regime if she has a high-profile red carpet event coming up.

"I have porridge or boiled eggs for breakfast," she said. "I love tea and coffee and could drink them all day and snack on biscuits, but I eat fruit if I’m trying to be healthy.
"I also eat a lot of fish, for lunch and dinner. I love sushi or I’ll have a tuna Niçoise salad or salmon steak. I like to make lots of healthy soups in winter, too."
Saying that she thinks a little exercise is better than a lot, she admitted that she "kick[s] up the fitness a bit and hit[s] the gym a few times in the run-up" to major public appearances.
Kelly also shared an odd beauty regime. "I have the inner facial, patented by Nichola Joss," she revealed. "She massages my face from the inside of my mouth to relieve all the stress and tension. It’s agony."
