George Michael has revealed that this Christmas has been the "best" especially as he's recovering from a life-threatening bout of pneumonia.
The singer, who was released from hospital in Austria last week after spending three weeks under medical supervision, admitted that his situation was "touch and go".
On Boxing Day (December 26), the 'Faith' singer wrote on Twitter about how he celebrated Christmas.
He wrote: "Best Christmas I can remember, surrounded by the people I love. And knowing that Xmas could have been very different this year for everyone at that table."
Michael also added: "As it was we stuffed and laughed ourselves silly. I'm such a lucky man! I hope you all had a great one."
Last week, the singer gave a press conference where he revealed that he was unable to talk for periods of times while he recovered from pneumonia but he said that problems with his voice is only "temporary".
