Chantelle Houghton and Alex Reid have revealed that as a couple, their New Year's resolution is to "be brilliant parents".
The former Celebrity Big Brother winner is pregnant with the couple's first child and she has said that considering that she thought she couldn't conceive naturally - the highlight was finding out their happy news.
In an interview with Star magazine, Chantelle was asked what resolutions she would be making and she said: "To be brilliant parents!"
"Getting pregnant was my highlight! I didn't even think it was possible," she explained. "It's made us stronger. I can't wait to buy more baby clothes! I want to know the sex of the baby so I can plan the wardrobe!"
Both seem equally excited about welcoming their baby next year, as Reid added: "We're gonna be the best [parents]. I really can't wait to be a daddy.
The couple recently landed their own reality TV show.
