Amy Childs is "fed up" of rumours and stories that link her to former glamour model Katie Price.
The It's All About Amy star has written in her New magazine column that she is not dating Tottenham footballer Jermain Defoe and also referred to the 'silly' rumours that she wanted to date him because he had been romantically linked to Katie Price.
Childs wrote: "They said I met him in Faces nightclub and really fancy him. The story also said I wanted to be with him just because he's been linked to Katie Price before and I want him on my arm by New Year's Eve."
Childs, who recently returned from a business trip to the US, continued: "I don't know who they are paying for their source quotes, but they are no friend of mine, so should get a refund! None of this is true.
"I've never met Jermain, and while I'm sure he is a good looking man, I don't want to date him. I'm also getting a bit fed up of the Katie links, and I'm sure she is too!"
The 21-year-old revealed that she had been over to the US with her manager Claire Powell, who used to work with Katie Price, to film her new fitness DVD in Los Angeles.
"I've also had some great business meetings. Me and my manager Claire met up with some people from CAA, which is a huge management company based in the States," she revealed.
"And I had a meeting with Skechers about possibly doing another campaign. Hopefully, I'll be able to share some more with you all soon."
