Jennifer Aniston and boyfriend Justin Theroux are expecting twins, according to a report from the US.
However, the story, taken from Star magazine, comes from a particularly strange source - a nosy neighbour of the couple.
A source said: "Months of fertility treatments make her dream come true. She's been taking fertility drugs, which can lead to multiples.
"Jen thinks she's having twins."
The neighbour in question added: "Jen definitely looks pregnant. My kitchen window overlooks a bedroom in Jen's house, and I see her changing clothes from time to time. She seems to have a baby bump - it's more than just a bloated belly. She's had lots of friends visiting, bringing her things. And when they're there, she doesn't lift a finger. She's always hanging out on the couch and eating Häagen-Dazs."
A representative for the star has categorically denied the story.
