TV presenter Dave Berry and Sugababes' Heidi Range have announced their split after eight years together.
The couple, who first got together in 2003 became engaged on New Year's Eve two years ago. It appears the split happened a few weeks before, but they waited until now to break the news.
A statement released today said: "Dave Berry announced today that his engagement to partner Heidi Range has been broken off. Mr Berry announced the news today although the couple agreed to separate in the Autumn. The split is amicable and no third parties are involved and he will make no further statement on the issue."
Heidi also confirmed the news on her twitter-page.
It follows Dave's announcement that he is to take over from Johnny Vaughan on London radio station Capital FM's Breakfast Show with Lisa Snowdon.
The couple had been seen as having one of the strongest relationships in the showbiz world.
