X Factor judge Kelly Rowland has admitted to being proved wrong about axing her contestant Amelia Lily in the first live final show.
Speaking to us at a press conference earlier today about how she feels about Amelia being in the final, despite eliminating her in the first live show, the star who decided to save Misha B, Sophie Habibis and Janet Devlin instead, said:
"I think the public wanted to prove me wrong. But she came back and she just nailed it. It actually has nothing to do with anyone else, it had all to do with her, and her determination, all to do with her perseverance, all to do with her just wanting to be here and taking it up a notch."
Revealing how happy she is to have Amelia back, the former Destiny's Child star also played down rumours that the teen had ruffled feathers when she returned to the show to replace axed contestant Frankie Cocozza.
She added: "But I do know that that everybody is so happy to have her back. I'm happy to have her back like she ups the game for everybody in the competition. She came back with tools and things that some of the other contestants did not have which put her that much more ahead in the competition."
What do you think? Will Amelia win this weekend?
