I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here winner and King of the jungle Dougie Poynter has revealed that he plans to stay friends with former camp mate Mark Wright forever.
Having formed a bromance during their time in the Australian outback together, Dougie, who was up against former TOWIE star Mark in the final, revealed to Digital Spy that he hopes Mark's best friend at home, James Argent, won't mind him hanging out with Mark.
The McFly bassist said: "I wouldn't want to make Arg jealous. Mark and I get on in a different, special way. We've done this epic thing together – and we shared it to the very end. On the last night, we were saying, 'It doesn't matter who wins, we've gone right to the end and we've walked over the bridge at the same time'. It couldn't have got any better for us."
"We'll definitely hang out forever. I used to see Peter Andre and Kerry Katona hanging out all the time and he said that's down to them doing I'm A Celebrity the same year. I didn't realise they were in the same year together, but that shows that you can make a long friendship."
Revealing what they're going to be getting up to in the near future together, Dougie added:
"Mark and I have got so many things planned together over the next few weeks anyway. It's going to be like a really cheesy Mark-Kate and Ashley montage of us running around shopping together.
"We've planned a lot of different food places. You'll see us go to one place for a cookie and we'll take it to Starbucks. Then we'll go shopping for a bit to work up an appetite for Nando's - and so on. We've got a whole day of eating planned. We're going out to buy some Christmas jumpers. It's going to be awesome."
James Argent is probably a nice shade of green right about now.
