Lily Cooper (nee Allen) has tweeted for the first time since the birth of her baby girl at the end of last month and has thanked her friends, family and fans for their "touching" messages.
The singer had a baby with her husband Sam Cooper in November but no official announcement has been made yet.
Tweeting for the first time since becoming a mother, Lily wrote: "Thank you for all the flowers and lovely messages everybody. very touching indeed. nuff luv x x. [sic]"
News of the birth of the little tot first came from Lily's friend and ex-boyfriend Seb Chew, who tweeted on November 25: "sending out love to lily, sam and mini cooper…… YES."
On the same day, Lily wrote: "Totes Amaze". Lily has suffered two miscarriages prior to the birth of her daughter.
Sadly she lost a baby last year when she was six months pregnant with Cooper, who she married this summer.
Also in 2008, Lily lost a baby with her Chemical Brothers boyfriend Ed Simons.
The singer's sister and business partner Sarah Owen tweeted: "I LOVE my little niece! She's the sweetest little thing ever!! So proud of little sis @MrsLRCooper xxx."
