The X Factor staff are at war in this week's charts - with Olly Murs reigning supreme.
The Xtra Factor host's new album In Case You Didn't Know was released on Monday against new efforts from judges Gary Barlow, Kelly Rowland and Tulisa, but is comfortably outselling all three.
Currently on course to topple Rihanna's Talk That Talk at No. 1, he will be only the second ever X Factor alumnus to have his second album chart higher than his debut if he clings on until the weekend.
Co-incidentally, the first ex-contestant to achieve the feat, Joe McElderry, has also released a new album this week, but is unlikely to improve again with his third effort. Classic Christmas is showing just outside the Top 10 in today's sales flash.
Meanwhile, Gary Barlow is showing at No. 6 with Take That's Progress Live tour album, significantly ahead of his two female colleagues.
Tulisa will not be pleased to learn that N-Dubz' Greatest Hits is registering a hairline outside the Top 40, but at least the urban trio's retrospective is doing better than Kelly Rowland's new record.
The 'Down For Whatever' singer has been hard at work promoting her new album Here I Am over the last month, but the LP is a disasterous No. 54 after its first day on sale.
Clearly being a judge on X Factor isn't having the same effect for Tulisa and Kelly as it did for Cheryl Cole, who scored two consecutive No. 1 LPs during her stint on the panel.
Alesha Dixon also proved last year that panel appointment does not necessarily mean chart success. The Strictly judge's Entertainer album flopped outside the Top 80 last November and lead to the termination of her recording contract.
On the singles charts meanwhile, the show's charity single 'Wishing On A Star' is set to finally end the six-week reign of Rihanna's 'We Found Love'.
The final charts will be announced on Sunday.
