Marcus Collins has received criticism from medics after it was claimed the X Factor singer has been having botox injections before his performances.
The Mirror reports that 23-year-old Marcus has allegedly had four filler treatments during the course of the series.
It is also claimed that Marcus might have worn a hairpiece for Sunday night's results show, because there was a problem with the injections which made it look like he had a receding hairline.
The Harley Street Skin Clinic's Lesley Reynolds Khan said: “The people looking after him should be saying No. He has a whole lifetime to worry about lines.”
A show source added: “Marcus admitted having Botox but it is not an official treatment set up by bosses. He is really embarrassed his secret is coming out. He denies having a hairpiece.”
