Jennifer Lopez's rumoured lover Casper Smart has been caught speeding at over 100mph and has been involved in illegal drag races.
After splitting with her husband of seven years Marc Anthony, the 'I'm Real' singer is said to be dating her backup dancer Smart, whose real name is Beau Paul and he likes it 'Fast And Furious', according to People magazine.
The 24-year-old has previously faced charges that include driving without a license in 2004, 2006 and 2007, skipping toll charges in 2005 and exceeding speed limits in 2004 and 2005.
Smart is set to appear in court on January 5, and has reportedly posted a $26,000 bail since the charges which are still pending.
Ahead of his court appearance, the dancer has to complete 10 days of community service and if he's found guilty, he could spend 90 days in jail and pay $500 in fines, which would almost put a damper on their sex life.
A friend of Smart has said that their relationship is purely about the sex.
