'Farts Are The Funniest Thing In The History Of Mankind' Says George Clooney

George Clooney has declared man's ability to expel hot air to be one of the funniest things of all time.

'The Descendants' star admitted that nothing makes him laugh quite like a good fart.

He told Rolling Stone, of all publications: "We think it's one of the funniest things in the history of mankind. Even the idea of a fart makes me laugh.

"Saying the word 'fart' makes me laugh. I have iFart on my phone. I have remote whoopee cushions."

The 50-year-old (as in, the idle ramblings of a middle-aged man) added: "Farts. To me, there's nothing funnier."

Clooney recently said that current girlfiend Stacey Kiebler "could probably kick my ass", which he'd almost certainly find quite amusing.
