Playing Jack in the iconic 1997 hit 'Titanic' has meant that Leonardo DiCaprio has enjoyed the hearthrob status only really rivalled by the likes of Johnny Depp and Brad Pitt, and Leo has admitted that he's truly "proud" of that movie.
The 'Inception' star is currently filming 'The Great Gatsby' but he's admitted that he's "excited" to see 'Titanic' in 3D, especially as he's heard that "it looks great".
“I’m excited to see what the post 3D conversion process is,” Leo told Showbiz Spy. “I’ll always be proud to have been in that movie but I haven’t seen a frame of it. I hear it looks great though. I’m excited to see it.”
The active environmentalist, who is often spotted cycling around town, has confessed that he never dreamed of being an actor but would have loved to be a marine biologist.
“Ever since I was very young I’ve been fascinated with nature and I actually wanted to be a marine biologist,” he explained. “That was a great passion of mine and why in the off season when I’m not making movies, I became more and more active as an environmentalist trying to be more vocal about issues I felt were important. I try to shed some light on some very topical issues right now.”
Leo, we can not wait to see you in 3D!
