Hugh Grant and Chinese actress Tinglan Hong have named their baby daughter Jessica.
Hugh became a first-time dad last month after what is widely believed to be a "fleeting" affair with Hong.
She is currently living in a £1.1 million London mansion bought by the 51-year-old actor's cousin.
Serial rom-com star Hugh was spotted visiting the newborn earlier this week, but Tinglan's neighbours have said they had no idea she had given birth.
One told the Daily Express: "We didn't even know she had a child. I've never seen her take it out to the park, which is only a minute's walk from here."
Rumours that Hugh has been dating jazz singer Elisa Schmidt have been shot down, with the German-born star saying on her band's Facebook page: "This is all Nonsense. We only had Dinner! That's all... (sic)".
