Kim Kardashian and her husband Kris Humphries may be divorcing after just 72 days of marriage, and while her limp attempt at playing wife may have lost her a few of even her staunch fans, she might find that it costs her a chunk of cash too!
It has been reported that Kim's "shady behaviour" may cause her prenuptial agreement to be worthless, and basketball star Humphries could be able to stake his claim for a pay-out.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star "worked out an ironclad prenup to protect her and her family's assets", reports In Touch Weekly before adding, "Kim’s seemingly shady behavior in recent weeks could make it worthless.”
Within the prenup were "cheating clauses" which, if Kim is found guilty, could cause the document to be "null and void". Reports have suggested that Kardashian was unfaithful to Humphries with her ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush after the pair met in New York last weekend.
Just two days before Kardashian filed her divorce papers, she had a lunch with the NFL star at Bar Massa in the city. While neither Kardashian or Bush have confirmed that they were together this weekend, Bush was in town for a game.
