The man accused of hacking into the personal accounts and stealing nude photographs of celebrities including Scarlett Johansson and Mila Kunis, has plead not guilty at a pre-trial hearing.
Christopher Chaney appeared in front of a Los Angeles court yesterday (November 1), where a federal judge raised his bail bond to $110,000 (£68,685) in the wake of news that three further allegations have been made against him - one of whom is another unnamed celebrity, according to CNN.
The prosecution in the case requested that the 35-year-old should remain in custody, but this was turned down - although he will have to wear an electronic tag as he awaits trial.
Chaney, a native of Florida, pleaded not guilty to 26 charges that included identity theft, unauthorised access to a computer and wiretapping.
If found guilty, he could face up to 121 years in federal prison.
The trial commences on December 27.
