Tom Cruise has described his death-defying stunt atop the world's tallest skyscraper for 'Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol' as a "popcorn" moment.
The star jumps and descends the 2,723 feet high Burj Khalifa in Dubai in a scene that can be seen in the latest video from the set of the action movie.
Cruise told Empire: "I'm pushing myself out, right out and away from the building and I can’t see the building and there’s no point of reference - you know, there were no clouds!
"I came banging into the building and I can literally feel the fear emanating from the crew and I’m like, 'No, no, I’m okay, I’m okay!' We talked a lot about "popcorn moments." You know, where you want to grab your popcorn. That’s what I always hoped 'Mission' would be for an audience. And I really think we’ve nailed it."
'Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol' is released on December 26.
