Tom Cruise Performs Death-Defying Stunt In Latest Mission: Impossible Video

The latest video from the set of 'Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol' sees Tom Cruise performing an incredible stunt atop the world's tallest skyscraper.

The 49-year-old jumps and climbs up the Burj Khalifa in Dubai via a suspension cord in the video, which is introduced by director Brad Bird.

Bird casually says: "This is just another day at work on 'Mission: Impossible.'"

The video shows Cruise doing a number of takes on the side of the building - which is 2,723 feet high - including running up and down the tower and jumping from a window.

'Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol' is released on December 16 in the US, reaching the UK on December 26.
